The South-East Zone of the Tax Appeal Tribunal on Friday 1st December 2023 paid a courtesy visit to the Executive Governor of the Abia State Governor, His Excellency, Dr. Alex Otti in his office at Umuahia.
The Chairman of the Zone, Hon. Chukwuemeka Eze who led other Hon. Commissioners and management staff to the historic visit to the God’s Own State appreciated the effort of the Governor in repositioning the state and reiterated the commitment of the tribunal to resolve Tax disputes devoid of any form of technicalities and to increase the economic fortune of the state.
On his part, the Governor of Abia State, Dr. Alex Otti expressed appreciation to the Tax Tribunal for the August visit and reassured all and sundry that the state government will double its effort to provide prosperity for all and promised continuous partnership with the tribunal on tax disputes.
Other Hon. Commissioner in attendance includes Hon. Ide Udeagbala, Hon. Anyaduba Obiora, Hon. Sanya Ogunkuade (Esq), and Hon. Obri Ogar.
The attendance also includes the tribunal South East secretary, Rose-Miriam Ukuta.
